The Process
Buyer(you) sends a signed LOI stating the product, quantity, destination port, and company details to express formal interest in purchasing.
We respond with a soft offer including CIF pricing, lead time, draft SPA, and terms. Buyer then submits an ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) confirming readiness to proceed.
Buyer and seller execute the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA). Buyer provides Proof of Funds (e.g., RWA, BCL, or bank statement), then deposits funds into a verified escrow account (or LC/TT as agreed). This secures the transaction.
Upon confirmation of payment security, seller issues full documentation: Commercial Invoice, POP, SGS/Q&Q Certificates, and Bill of Lading. Once verified, escrow is released and the goods are shipped CIF to the buyer’s port. Delivery updates provided until arrival.
